Katrina D. Petilla is an associate of the firm. She works on matters involving corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, labor and immigration, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, data privacy, and intellectual property. Ms. Petilla has been involved in the firm’s work across energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, food and beverage, retail, and technology sectors. 

Ms. Petilla obtained both her undergraduate degree in International Studies major in European Studies (cum laude) and her Juris Doctor degree from De La Salle University. She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2023.
