Signed on 13 January 2026, this loan facility marks the first data center project financing in the Philippines—a landmark development for the country’s digital infrastructure and project finance market.
Congratulations to the borrowers group, as well as to RCBC as sole lender, RCBC Trust Corporation as facility agent and security trustee, and RCBC Capital Corporation as mandated lead arranger on successfully closing this pioneering transaction.
