
Darwin P. Angeles

Darwin Angeles is a dispute resolution specialist and constitutional rights advocate with multiple experience litigating high profile constitutional cases before the Philippine Supreme Court. He is recognized as a notable practitioner in Dispute Resolution by the Legal 500 Asia-Pacific.
He is a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law where he teaches intellectual property law and legal theory. He also teaches Statutory Construction and Legal Philosophy at De la Salle University College of Law in its Manila and Dasmarinas Campuses. He is also an accredited lecturer for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Program of the Philippine Supreme Court.
Mr. Angeles earned his Master of Laws in Human Rights Law from Queen Mary, University of London as a Chevening Scholar with distinction.
He also attended the Oxford Media Policy Summer Institute studying current issues facing the media such as internet shutdowns, AI and tech regulation, and technology-driven misinformation.
He obtained his law degree from the University of the Philippines (2013) and holds a degree in Chemistry from the Ateneo de Manila University (2007).
