M Law’s partner for Innovation and Blockchain, Atty. Nathan Marasigan, spoke at the SIAC Manila Conference 2023’s session on “Updates on Technology Disputes.”
He explained how Blockchain, Crypto, Web 3.0 are disrupting the norm in all aspects of life, from finance to art, including arbitration and the practice of law itself. He discussed different kinds of disputes in this particular nascent space and how lawyers and arbitrators should adapt.
