M Law’s Partner for Innovation and Blockchain, Atty. Nathan Marasigan, spoke at the Singapore Arbitration Center (SIAC) Manila Conference 2023 during the session entitled “Updates on Technology Disputes.”
Atty. Marasigan discussed how blockchain, crypto, and Web 3.0 are disrupting norms across various aspects of life—from finance to art—including arbitration and the practice of law itself. He also examined the different types of disputes emerging in this nascent space and how lawyers and arbitrators must adapt.
