M Law’s Atty. Julio Bucoy was invited to serve as a resource speaker for the topic of the “SEC Enforcement and Market Oversight Training Program (EMOTP)”, a collaboration between the University of the Philippines College of Law – Institute of Government and Law Reform (IGLR), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Atty. Bucoy provided insights on the topic “Market Manipulation, Insider Trading, and Other Financial Crimes under the Securities Regulation Code” on August 14 and 27, 2025. Participants were officers and personnel of the SEC involved in capital markets and securities regulation.
